1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2 About the Services

TechTelligence provides hands-on STEM, computer science, robotics, and STEAM education solutions — including physical kits, curriculum, teacher training, and supporting platforms — primarily to schools, educators, and learners across the MENA region and Africa. We may update, enhance, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.

3 Eligibility & School Use

• The Services are intended for use by schools, educational institutions, educators, and adult representatives acting on their behalf.
• Where Services are used by students, including minors, they must be supervised by the school or a responsible adult, and used in accordance with the school's policies.
• Schools are responsible for obtaining any consents required to allow their students to use the Services.

4 Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5 Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or curriculum without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
• Upload malicious code or content that is infringing, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

6 Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change and may be confirmed at the time of quotation or order.
• Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to pricing errors or stock availability.
• Payment terms, taxes, and any applicable duties will be set out in your quotation, invoice, or agreement with us.

7 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by destination and logistics conditions across the MENA region and Africa. Risk of loss for physical kits passes on delivery in accordance with the agreed shipping terms. Please inspect deliveries on receipt and report any damage or shortage promptly.

8 Intellectual Property

The Services, including all curriculum, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the TechTelligence name and brand, are owned by TechTelligence or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted below, no rights are transferred to you.

9 Curriculum & Licence to Use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase agreement, we grant the purchasing school or organisation a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our curriculum and digital materials for internal educational purposes with its own students and staff. You may not redistribute, publish, or use the materials to create competing offerings.

10 Third-Party Content & Links

The Services may include or link to third-party products, tools, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11 Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our Services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated or required by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Any product warranties for physical kits will be as stated in the accompanying documentation or purchase agreement.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechTelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechTelligence and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. On termination, the licences granted to you end, while provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the UAE will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a different governing law and jurisdiction are agreed in a separate written contract with your institution.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
